You are are here because you have received care from TriHealth Women's Services – Global Partners in OB-GYN or are looking for care at this practice. Our team is grateful for the trust you have placed in us. The relationships we have built with you and your families over time are meaningful, and we are committed to supporting you through upcoming changes to ensure you have clear guidance and continued access to care.
What is changing
- The Global Partners in OB-GYN office at Rookwood will close on August 1, 2026. If you are pregnant, undergoing treatment, scheduled for a procedure, or managing an ongoing condition, your care will continue without interruption. Your care team will work closely with you to ensure a seamless transition.
- Dr. Marianna Vardaka and Alanna Turner-Palmer, CNP, will continue caring for patients at the Global Partners in OB-GYN Montgomery location, which will be renamed TriHealth Women's Services – Marianna C. Vardaka MD.
- Beginning September 30, 2026, Dr. Margaret Mirro and Dr. Pratika Goparaju will start caring for patients at three TriHealth Women’s Services - Group Health locations.
- Dr. Cynthia Okot-Kotber's last day with TriHealth will be September 29, 2026.

- Your care can continue with TriHealth Women's Services – Marianna C. Vardaka, MD.
- Vardaka and Alanna Turner-Palmer, CNP will continue seeing patients at:

If you see Dr. Margaret Mirro or Dr. Pratika Goparaju
- From the time the Rookwood office closes on August 1 until September 30, Dr. Mirro and Dr. Goparaju will continue seeing patients at the Montgomery location to ensure there is no gap in your care during the transition.
- Beginning September 30, 2026, Dr. Mirro and Dr. Goparaju will continue caring for patients as part of TriHealth Women's Services – Group Health, at the following convenient locations:

- TriHealth Group Health – Mason | 6010 Mason Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH 45040

If you see Dr. Cynthia Okot-Kotber
- Okot-Kotber's last day with TriHealth will be September 29, 2026 and she asked us to share the following message: "It has been a privilege to care for you. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me and for the relationships I have built with my patients over the years. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your healthcare journey."
- If you are currently a patient of Dr. Okot-Kotber, our Nurse Navigators will personally assist you in selecting another TriHealth Women's Services provider who is the right fit for your ongoing care.
Your Medical Records
Your medical records will remain securely available within TriHealth. Because all TriHealth Women’s Services providers use the same electronic medical record, your health information will automatically follow you to any TriHealth provider or location you choose—no action is required on your part.
If you decide to receive care outside of TriHealth, we can assist with transferring your records to a new provider. Please contact TriHealth Medical Records at 513 865 1101 to request your records.
