Cribs for Kids Donation 2012

Over the past four years the Tyler’s Run foundation has donated $28,000 for Cribs for Kids. This generous funding provides an average of 15 portable cribs per month to moms at TriHealth's Good Samaritan and Bethesda North hospitals who cannot otherwise afford them.

"The continuing generosity and support of the Tyler's Run foundation directly contributes to the safety of newborns," said Krista Jones, Injury Prevention Coordinator for TriHealth. "More Ohio mothers choose TriHealth to deliver their baby than anywhere else. It is our responsibility to provide the education and resources necessary to support mother and baby."

Cribs for Kids is a collaborative program of TriHealth Maternity Services dedicated to prevention of sudden infant death syndrome through provision of CPSC approved cribs at reasonable cost for at risk mothers. The program entails identification of at risk parents, parental education and crib provision.
