In addition to Medical Director Doug Linz MD, TriHealth Corporate Health recently expanded its physician leadership to include two new positions. Jeffrey Davin MD has been named medical director of Occupational Medicine, and Jeffrey Schuler MD has been appointed medical director of Team Member Health. In these roles, Dr. Davin and Dr. Schuler will work collaboratively with Dr. Linz, who has provided physician oversight to both areas for the past 13 years and will continue to serve as Medical Director for TriHealth Corporate Health.

“TriHealth’s Corporate Health division has experienced growth over the past year, and Dr. Linz’s responsibilities have grown right along with it,” said Terri Hanlon, Chief Operating Officer, TriHealth Corporate Health. “The broadening of our physician leadership aligns with this growth, making it possible for Dr. Linz to continue providing the vision and medical guidance for our innovative and evolving Corporate Health services.”

Dr. Linz added, “Both Dr. Davin and Dr. Schuler possess an exceptional level of expertise and enthusiasm that make them invaluable additions to TriHealth’s team of physician leaders.”

Dr. Davin has been a member of the TriHealth Corporate Health team since 1991, serving most recently as a regional medical director for TriHealth Occupational Medicine. Board certified in Occupational Medicine, he serves as a Volunteer Associate Professor for the University of Cincinnati for residents in the Occupational Medicine program and teaches residents for the Bethesda Family Residency program. As TriHealth’s Occupational Medicine Director, Dr. Davin will provide guidance and leadership to the clinical provider teams at TriHealth’s seven Occupational Medicine Centers. This includes responsibility for the Medical Leadership Committee, provider meetings and in-house continuing education.

Board certified in Preventive/Occupational Medicine, Dr. Schuler has been with the Good Samaritan Hospital Occupational Medicine Center since 1989, where he most recently served as medical director. Additionally, he has provided care through TriHealth’s Executive Health program and Team Member Health department. As TriHealth’s new Medical Director for Team Member Health, Dr. Schuler will oversee the medical aspects of health care, work absence and disability management services for TriHealth’s more than 10,000 team members. He also will assist with direct delivery of team member health services and provide consultation to clinical and administrative personnel to ensure optimum management of issues affecting the health, safety and productivity of TriHealth team members.
