Sally Duffy Named to TriHealth Board of Trustees

Sally Duffy, SC, is the newest member of the TriHealth Board of Trustees. The announcement was made by Robert Walker, Chairman of the TriHealth Board of Trustees.

Sr. Sally is a member of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati and serves as President and Executive Director of the SC Ministry Foundation.

In addition to serving on the TriHealth Board, she also serves on the boards of St. Francis Medical Center, Seton High School, and Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate affiliated with Georgetown University (MD), and is the Chair of Institutional Advancement on the Investment Committee for Catholic Health Initiatives. Sr. Sally recently completed a three year term on the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees.

Sr. Duffy has a Master of Education from Xavier, Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Master of Divinity from Loyola and an Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the College of Mount St. Joseph. She has served as a high school teacher, coach, guidance counselor, women’s basketball coach, crisis counselor, and college campus minister.

The TriHealth Board of Trustees is comprised of representatives from TriHealth co-sponsors, Bethesda Inc. and Catholic Health Initiatives, community leaders, and ex-officio senior leaders. The Board of Trustees governs all Bethesda and Good Samaritan entities, including Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospitals, and all other providers and businesses in the TriHealth system.
