TriHealth Named Healthiest Employer in Greater Cincinnati
TriHealth has implemented numerous best-health practices in recent years to create a strong culture of health and wellness, including the Healthy Lifestyles program. Those efforts have paid off as the Business Courier has named TriHealth the 2012 winner of Cincinnati’s Healthiest Employer award for companies with 5000+ team members.
This is the second year in a row that TriHealth has won the award. The award is administered by a privately held technology and data research company Healthiest Employers. It takes into consideration data collected across six areas of workplace wellness, including culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.
In total, seven clients of TriHealth Corporate Health were finalists for this year’s award: City of Cincinnati, City of Montgomery, General Cable, iSqFt/Construction Software Technologies, Pep, Standard Textile Company, Inc., and USI MidWest Inc.
