TriHealth, Cincinnati’s premier healthcare system, has named The Creative Media Agency, Empower, its agency of record (AOR). Comprised of five hospitals – including two of the top 100 in the nation, Bethesda North and Good Samaritan – TriHealth’s mission is to improve the health status of the people they serve by providing a full range of services, including prevention, wellness and education.
The partnership comes amidst a rapidly changing healthcare landscape. “The intense consumerism that has affected nearly every other industry is finally emerging in healthcare,” said TriHealth Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, Rob Whitehouse.
“People want more transparency, which includes knowing outcomes, costs and patient satisfaction ratings. Empower, with a proven track record of building trust at scale and experience helping businesses thrive in so many other industries, understands this shift. These qualities combined with their Creative Media approach provides us with vital insights and methodologies to meet these consumer demands.”
The not-for-profit health system serves the Greater Cincinnati region with over 140 sites of care employing over 800 physicians, medical specialists and residents, making it the largest network of primary care generating almost $1.9 billion in revenue. With all TriHealth has to offer within a single network, patients can experience a faster time to treatment, better outcomes and lower costs through the elimination of duplication.
“TriHealth already has a good pulse on what people expect from their healthcare providers,” said Jim Price, CEO at Empower. “They have a meaningful story to tell and we are equally as passionate about their vision. Healthcare is personal. And like all personal relationships, they require trust. We will challenge TriHealth in the right ways to better connect with current and future patients in a way that is creative, emotional and backed by data and science.”
