For as long as she can remember, Anna Marcinow, MD, has wanted to become a doctor. As a child, she helped take care of her father as he recovered from serious skin burns, which peaked her interest in the field. Today, as a board-certified otolaryngologist, Dr. Marcinow values the important relationship between physician and patient and seeks to build a strong partnership based on trust. Whether providing care in the office or in the operating room, she relies on this partnership to set an understanding of treatment options and recovery expectations with her patients. Dr. Marcinow strives to educate patients about their conditions by communicating in relatable terms instead of medical jargon.
Dr. Marcinow provides medical and surgical treatment for pediatric and adult patients with Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) issues, including:

Outside of work, Dr. Marcinow enjoys watching her 2 children grow, playing with her dog, biking and cooking.

Dr. Marcinow listened carefully to me, asked appropriate questions to get more information, then thoroughly described her diagnosis clearly, making notes on paper for me to take with me. She also referenced a note in my chart from my primary care doctor, which made me aware that she had reviewed my information prior to my appointment, and was looking at things that I had no idea may be related to my issues. She was thorough, spoke clearly, and outlined next steps to take to relieve my problem.

Dr. Marcinow was excellent. She listened very well to what I told her about my symptoms. I felt very comfortable with the procedure, she explained everything before the exam, and had a clear description of what she found, assured me there was nothing to be concerned about, made good suggestions. I would highly recommend her.
