About Me

Conditions I specialize in
  • Behavioral Medicine

Daniyel Roper wants her patients to know that she is their biggest advocate. She views life as a journey and wants to do whatever she can to positively impact her patients’ journeys. She made a career switch into nursing after feeling she wasn’t fully using her gift to help others. She had always felt a longing to help others, which grew as she helped her family care for her grandmother after a debilitating stroke.

As a nurse practitioner at TriHealth, Daniyel works exclusively with women, addressing the mental health needs of obstetrics patients. As an experienced nurse with more than 16 years of clinical experience, Daniyel has a broad foundation in acute and long-term care as well as mental health services. She creates an environment where patients can feel safe, valued and empowered. She encourages everyone to trust the process, understanding that results may not occur overnight.

Daniyel is a native of Holland, Ohio, and is married. She enjoys the arts, is an avid reader and loves to travel. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Chi Eta Phi Sorority; Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and Cincinnati Black Nurse Practitioner Network.
