Keri Lauer, FNP, has always felt a calling to improve the
health of others so they might live a happy life. She
brings a broad range of experience to her practice,
having worked 11 years as a registered nurse in hospital
and home care, plus more than nine years as a nurse
practitioner in primary care. She values the opportunity
to be a catalyst to positive change, helping her patients
achieve their health goals.
Keri provides comprehensive care to patients of all
ages, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment
of acute and chronic illnesses. She takes a holistic
approach to wellness, focusing on each individual as a
whole and considering each individual’s unique needs.
She believes in identifying and working to overcome any
barriers that might block her patients’ long-term goals.
Keri creates a judgment-free zone where patients can
freely discuss their concerns. She encourages everyone
to get some exercise every day – even just a simple walk
outside – to benefit both mind and body.
A native of Hamilton, Keri has two teen daughters who
keep her busy. She loves to cook, exercise and spend
time with her girls.
