With a passion to be of service to her fellow human
beings, Dr. Sanaka chose to become a physician,
specializing in obstetrics and gynecology to help
women of all ages. She has more than 20 years
of experience, including more than 10 years in
Chicago‑area hospitals and private practices.
Dr. Sanaka sees adolescents and adults for all
obstetric and gynecologic concerns, including
high-risk pregnancy care, minimally invasive and
robotic surgery, and abnormal vaginal bleeding. She
values face-to-face discussions with her patients and
listening carefully to their needs. She strives to make
sure her patients feel they are receiving the best care.
Dr. Sanaka encourages everyone to eat healthy and
exercise regularly to live better.
Dr. Sanaka and her husband have a son and a
daughter. She volunteers with the Chinmaya Mission,
a Hindi religious nonprofit organiztion. She also
enjoys gardening, sewing/stitching and watching
television.

I appreciate that the doctor took the time to listen and answer questions. My time with her was very pleasant and I didn't feel "rushed"
