I appreciate how detail and technically oriented Dr. Short is and as I, too, have a detail and technically oriented background, I am able to understand what she communicates well; however, I could see the speed and at which she identifies skin abnormalities during examination, explains them, and then details treatment options being a bit overwhelming for many patients.
