The TriHealth Orthopedic and Spine Institute (TOSI) is actively recruiting a Pain Management Physician to join our growing, outstanding multi-disciplinary team. The position is based in Wilmington, Ohio—privileges will be needed at TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital.

Highlights

In this role you will use minimally-invasive, innovative techniques to diagnosis and treat chronic pain conditions with less risk and less side effects. You will perform procedures that reduce and often eliminate pain to help gain and restore quality of life for your patients. Prevention methods and medical education will also be an integral part of your care.

  • Seeking self-starter for new patient base to be built upon proven high-quality, compassionate care and engagement with local community
  • 100% outpatient clinic and interventional procedural suite with no obligation for inpatient coverage or call
  • Flexible scheduling with valued and demonstrated work/life balance
  • Diverse patient base with census ranging from 90-150 patients seen in office each week
  • collegial work environment with excellent subspecialty care, experienced ancillary staff and a supportive relationship with partners, colleagues and administration.

Willing to consider FT/PT; 24 to 40 hours/week; 3-5 days/week

TOSI’s team of experts uses advanced treatments, including surgical and nonsurgical options. Our network of specialists includes the largest pain management and physiatry (physical medicine and rehabilitation) medical groups in Cincinnati. We work closely with accomplished TriHealth specialists including Anesthesia, Emergency, Surgical, Pulmonary, Nephrology and Multi-Disciplinary Intensivist physicians to ensure patients receive the safe, reliable care they need and deserve.

Requirements

  • BE/BC in Pain Management, Anesthesiology or related specialty 
  • Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management
  • Experience performing image-guided spine and joint injections, nerve blocks, and other interventional pain procedures 
  • Clear and active license in Ohio or willingness to obtain state license, DEA
