2025 Year in Review: TriHealth Women’s Services
The TriHealth Women’s Services team had a big year in 2025—read on to check out some of their accomplishments!
Deliveries
TriHealth is honored to be the most trusted partner for growing families in the region, delivering more than 10,200 babies in 2025—that’s over 28 babies every single day!
Our Women’s Services team is trained to provide the highest level of care, from routine births to complex cases requiring maternal-fetal medicine expertise and NICU support.
Delivering Hospitals
TriHealth is proud to provide families across Greater Cincinnati with access to five delivering hospitals, ensuring convenient, high-quality care close to home.
Our network includes:
- Good Samaritan Hospital
- Bethesda North Hospital
- McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital
- TriHealth Clinton Regional Hospital (recently acquired in Clinton County)
- Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center (through our valued partnership)
Women’s Surgeries
In 2025, our specialty surgeons performed more than 5,000 women’s surgeries, reflecting TriHealth’s commitment to advanced, patient-centered care.
This includes:
- Gynecologic surgeries for conditions such as endometriosis, abnormal bleeding, and uterine fibroids—often using minimally invasive techniques to reduce recovery time.
- Urogynecologic procedures, led by the region’s largest and most experienced fellowship trained team, treating complex pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, and more.
- Gynecologic oncology surgeries, delivered by the area’s most comprehensive network for personalized cancer care.
Leading the Way Through Innovation
In December 2025, Dr. Catrina Crisp and the TriHealth Urogynecology team (pictured center right) achieved a major milestone: the first Altaviva device implantation in Greater Cincinnati—and the first Urogynecologist in Ohio!
This cutting-edge treatment addresses urinary incontinence, urgency, and frequency, conditions affecting nearly 50% of women over age 65. Congratulations to Dr. Crisp and her team for pioneering this advancement!
Maternal Fetal Medicine Care
With thousands of deliveries each year, TriHealth’s Maternal Fetal Medicine team provides expert care for high-risk pregnancies.
From fetal diagnosis and testing to gestational diabetes management and genetic counseling, our specialists offer the region’s most comprehensive services for mom and baby.
In 2025, the team completed more than 3,300 consults and detailed anatomic ultrasounds, ensuring the best possible outcomes for families.
Mammography Screenings
Early detection saves lives. In 2025, TriHealth Women’s Services and TriHealth Breast Care performed more than 70,000 mammograms, helping women across Cincinnati stay proactive about their breast health.

Access to care matters—and TriHealth Women’s Services makes it easy.
With 49 locations across Greater Cincinnati, including 8 new sites added in 2025, patients can find expert care close to home—from Anderson to Oxford, Clifton to Mason, and beyond.

Leading The Way
New Doula Policy & Guidelines - TriHealth Women’s Services recognizes our patients increasing need for additional support during pregnancy and delivery. In 2025, we launched Doula friendly guidelines, making us the first in the area to offer this collaborative approach between community Doula’s and our care team to ensure the best outcomes and birthing experience.
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) - TriHealth Women’s is the only system in the area with the most experienced, fellowship trained surgeon’s in minimally invasive surgical procedures.
TriHealth Center For Maternal Cardiac Care - Pregnant women with cardiac illness present unique and technical challenges to the healthcare system and those challenges create additional risks. That’s where TriHealth Center for Maternal Cardiac Care (CMCC) comes in, taking a unique approach to pregnancy care by encouraging direct communication and a healthy exchange of ideas between cardiologists and OB-GYNs.
Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center - TriHealth is proud to collaborate with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center through the Cincinnati Children’s Fetal Care Center, one of a few comprehensive fetal care centers in the country. The team specializes in treating complex and rare fetal conditions
Women’s Behavioral Health - TriHealth Women’s Mental Wellness Center offers professional, compassionate behavioral health treatment and support for women experiencing a wide range of symptoms.
Nurse Navigation - Individualized care is essential to patients’ gynecologic and obstetric health, and the TriHealth Women’s Services Nurse Navigator Program is here to help them find the care they need. Connecting with our Nurse Navigator is a confidential service that is available to assist with important aspects of women’s health care.
Menopause - The Menopause Care Team at TriHealth is here to help women with menopause symptoms that often create physical and emotional challenges. Our team of specialists includes OB-GYN providers with extensive training in perimenopause and menopause care
Notable Innovations
TriHealth Women’s Services continues to lead the way in advancing care through innovation. In 2025, we made significant strides in areas such as:
- Perinatal Care Excellence – Achieved Joint Commission designation for outstanding quality and safety in perinatal care.
- DAX Copilot – Introduced an AI-powered documentation tool that captures patient-provider conversations and generates clinical notes in real time, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Postpartum Telehealth – Expanded virtual visits as part of the Women’s Wellness Program, ensuring convenient, continuous care for new mothers.
- Nitrous Oxide for Labor – Offered an additional pain management option to enhance patient comfort during delivery.
