Introducing Kamryn Utley: Living Well & Leading Strong as a TriHealth Health Ambassador

At TriHealth, we believe health is more than a check-up—it’s a commitment to caring for the whole person: mind and body. That’s why we’re proud to partner with Kamryn Utley, a student-athlete at Miami University, who embodies this philosophy in every aspect of her life.

Originally from Indianapolis, Kamryn brings with her a deep appreciation for the Midwest’s values—family, faith, and community. Raised in a home where helping others came first, she learned early on that caring for yourself is the first step in being able to care for others. Whether she’s competing on the volleyball court or spending time with loved ones, Kamryn prioritizes her mental and physical well-being as the foundation for everything she does.

The volleyball team’s culture of encouragement, resilience, and shared purpose mirrors TriHealth’s own commitment to whole-person care. Together, they’re proving that with the right support, student-athletes can thrive in every aspect of their health and well-being.

Now in her first year at Miami, Kamryn is thriving—thanks in part to the support of her teammates and the strength of her family. But she’s also passionate about shining a light on the everyday challenges student-athletes and college students face. From managing stress to staying physically strong, Kamryn knows that proactive healthcare is essential.

As a TriHealth Healthcare Ambassador, Kamryn is helping us spread the message that health is worth protecting. Her story is a reminder that when we take care of ourselves, we’re better equipped to show up for the people and passions that matter most.
