TriHealth On Call: Robotic Guided Surgical Treatment of Scoliosis

Judy Bumbalough was in agony. Even with strong pain medications and a spinal stimulator, scoliosis was making it extremely painful for her to stand up straight, much less walk. Judy consulted with Jonathan Borden MD, a neurosurgeon with the TriHealth Orthopedic & Sports Institute and the TriHealth Neuroscience Institute, who recommended robotic-guided surgical treatment for her scoliosis. Dr. Borden is the only surgeon in Ohio to provide this treatment.
