Dr. Minick loves being around children, perhaps influenced by the daycare program his mother ran during his childhood. He truly enjoys the energy and happiness children bring. He chose to pursue medicine because he likes applying science to help people. He also appreciates seeing the positive results of his work.
Dr. Minick treats children from birth through college for all acute and chronic conditions, in addition to well-child exams and preventive care. He has a special interest in children with congenital hearing loss, in part because he has two children with that condition. He also in interested in adolescent mental health.
Believing every child is unique and special, Dr. Minick provides personalized care for each patient. He encourages everyone to eat healthy and exercise daily so they may live better.
Married with three children, Dr. Minick enjoys playing soccer, canoeing and kayaking on the river.
