Cochlear Implant Evaluation: Comprehensive evaluation to determine candidacy for a surgically implanted device when a traditional hearing aid is no longer sufficient.
Osseointegrated device- BAHA Evaluations: Comprehensive evaluation to determine candidacy and benefit for middle ear related hearing loss or single sided deafness.
Hearing Aid Assessment: Individualized discussion about the patient's hearing loss and treatment options available based on lifestyle and hearing needs. Strongly encouraged to be a family-centered process with any communication partner.
Hearing Aid Fitting: The Audiologist fits and programs the hearing aid(s) to patient’s prescription. Orientation on how to use the hearing aid(s): insertion and removal, routine maintenance, charging/changing disposable batteries. Pair hearing aids to a smartphone for Bluetooth streaming and/or app connectivity.
Hearing Aid Adjustment/Repair: Fine tune programming, Real ear verification when needed, firmware updates, clean/checks, repair. Please note: drop off service is available at all 8 locations. The registration desk has a form to indicate concern and will deliver devices to the audiologist for diagnosis and repair.
Custom Earpieces: Earmold impression taken of your ears to make a custom earmold for hearing protection, swim plugs, in ear monitors, etc.
