Getting a Birth Certificate

Birth certificates issued for babies born at Good Samaritan, Bethesda North and McCullough-Hyde hospitals are not available through TriHealth, but they are available through Hamilton County Public Health or Butler County Public Health for a fee.

• Hamilton County Residents: Apply for a birth certificate through Hamilton County Public Health
• Butler County Residents: Apply online though Butler County General Health District.

• Call Hamilton County Public Health at 513 946 7800, option 2, from 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Call Butler County Public Health at 513 863 1770 from Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
