Access Virtual Care

Schedule Virtual Care On Demand Video Visits

Schedule appointments using audio and video to connect directly with your provider in real time. To schedule, call your provider’s office directly. Some providers also offer video visit scheduling through MyChart.

If unable to access your provider, consider a virtual visit with our TriHealth Clinics at Walgreens.

MyChart Messages   E-Visit
Unscheduled secure messaging with a provider for TriHealth patients with a MyChart account (occurs outside the e-visit portal.) Click here.   Secure messaging between a patient and a provider through the E-visit portal. E-visits are accessible to existing TriHealth patients who use MyChart. Our patients can select from a list of conditions commonly evaluated through e-visits. E-visits are unscheduled, and requests will be answered within 24 hours. Click here to learn more.
Remote Patient Care
Sometimes called Remote Patient Monitoring, is a way for a Care Team to stay connected to you. This service enhances your provider's care through a Care Team nurse and pharmacist who gather your health information, track your biometrics, such as blood pressure, and provide information that may help your condition.
