TriHealth Lung Program

The TriHealth Lung Program is committed to improving lung cancer survival in our community through timely screening and personalized treatment plans. The program focuses on various aspects of lung and pulmonary care including smoking cessation, lung screening and state-of-the-art treatment options, for those patients who need it.

Lung Cancer is the leading cause of cancer death in men and women. This is because lung cancer symptoms don’t appear until the cancer is very advanced. A lung cancer screening for current and former smokers can find cancer much sooner. TriHealth’s Lung Screening Program provides low dose CT scans for earlier detection of lung cancer. The Right Care for You

TriHealth’s Lung Nodule Program gives patients and physicians a way to evaluate and decide what to do about a lung nodule. As a part of this program, physician experts and required testing come together in one location for patient ease. Each patient receives a complete evaluation by a physician to determine the best course of action. To learn more about TriHealth’s Lung Nodule Program, click here.

As part of our multidisciplinary, personalized approach to medicine, every week, TriHealth’s Lung Program brings together doctors from many specialties to discuss individual care plans for our most critical patients. Each patient receives their own plan for healing, whether the plan includes immunotherapy, clinical trials or surgery. Options for diagnosis and care include the most advanced technologies, including state-of-the-art diagnostic platforms like CT-guided biopsy, bronchoscopy and the region’s only Ion Robot.
