Blake Dwyer

Blake Dwyer MS, RD, LD

Blake Dwyer is a Clinical Dietitian with the TriHealth Cancer Institute. Blake has been working in the nutrition and dietetics field for close to 10 years. He obtained his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the State University College of New York at Oneonta. He completed his internship at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, NY. The majority of his experience has come from working in surgical and medical ICU, but he has enjoyed the transition to outpatient care where he can continuously follow up with patients to ensure that their nutritional needs are being met.

Nicola Rebello-Johnson

Nicola Rebello-Johnson MEd, RDN, LDN

A native of Mumbai India, Nicola has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has worked in the field of nutrition for 30 plus years providing medical nutrition therapy for clients in Oncology, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, group homes and in private homes.

Nicola shares her passion for health and wellness, conducting nutrition seminars and cooking demonstrations for local YMCAs, she has helped train future dietitians working as an internship preceptor and through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, she educated student athletes about the importance of good nutrition for improving performance and for lifelong health. An athlete herself, Nicola has competed 5 full and 18 half marathons.

Nicola graduated with an Associate Degree in Hotel Management from Sophia College -Mumbai Bachelor’s of science in nutrition from the College of Mount Saint Joseph. Nicola completed a Fellowship with the Cincinnati Center for Developmental Disorders and earned her Master’s degree in nutrition education from the University of Cincinnati;

Lori Purtell

Lori Purtell RDN, LD

Lori Purtell has been a registered and licensed dietitian for almost 30 years. She has worked as both an inpatient and outpatient dietitian in the areas of diabetes, dialysis, cardiology, oncology, short term skilled care and intensive care. A native of Shrewsbury Massachusetts, Lori graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Massachusetts. She completed her internship at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Nancy Schmidt

Nancy Schmidt MEd, RDN, LD

Nancy Schmidt is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and has worked in the field of nutrition for 30 plus years in a variety of nutrition settings including oncology nutrition, outpatient nutrition counseling, inpatient clinical nutrition, wellness, community nutrition and management. Nancy also teaches nutrition courses at Miami University in Oxford and has helped train future dietitians working as an internship preceptor while working as a clinical dietitian.

Nancy’s goals are to help improve the health of each patient she sees by providing guidance and support to optimize nutrition health and wellness. She believes in providing individualized care, helping patients recognize the benefits of change and working closely with the healthcare team so patients have the best possible outcome.

Nancy received her MEd in Nutrition from the University of Cincinnati and completed her dietetic internship at Hurley Medical Center in Flint Michigan.
