Swimming and water safety are essential lifelong skills. Our lessons focus on building strong aquatic foundations, refining stroke mechanics, and teaching critical safety principles to help keep you and your loved ones safe in and around the water. Yoga Lab is not a typical yoga class, it’s a weekly workshop where we explore poses, breath work or meditation - all depends on what YOU want to dive into!
