A complimentary one on one session with one of our degreed and certified fitness coaches is included with your membership. This session includes a discussion on your fitness history, any exercise limitations, and goal setting. The coach will provide the following for you:
Personalized workout guidelines are provided based on exercise parameters established by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). You will also learn how to properly use and benefit from our extensive strength training and cardiovascular exercise equipment.
