Membership Financial Assistance Program

The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion is dedicated to optimizing the health status of the community through prevention, exercise, rehabilitation and wellness education. As a medically-certified fitness center, we provide integrated, holistic opportunities for physical, mental and emotional well-being, delivered by caring professionals in a clean, safe, service-driven environment.One way we fulfill this mission is by assisting individuals who have both a medical need or lifestyle behavior need for our services and who cannot afford to pay for a full membership. These discounted scholarship memberships are furnished to people who can demonstrate their need and reasoning for a full membership. It is also our belief that the most committed members are volunteers. You may be asked to volunteer as part of your financial assistance.

Policy Statement: It is the policy of the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion to provide facilities, programs and services for individuals with medical fitness needs who desire to participate regardless of ability to pay the standard fees. Those not able to pay full fees may be awarded partial assistance based on their demonstrated ability to pay and the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion’s ability to fund the subsidy. Specific dollar amounts are allocated each year by the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion for scholarship and financial assistance will be granted within such allocations. Contact Us or call (513) 246-2611 for an application.

Applying for Membership Assistance

If you or someone you know may qualify for a scholarship, please stop by the Member Services Welcome Center at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion. It is the policy of the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion to provide facilities, programs and services for individuals with medical fitness needs who desire to participate regardless of ability to pay the standard fees. Those not able to pay full fees may be awarded partial assistance based on their demonstrated ability to pay and the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion’s ability to fund the subsidy. Eligibility & Requirements

  • Assistance will be granted on the basis of both medical needs AND the financial needs for membership to the Pavilion.
  • We believe a strong sense of ownership and pride is developed if the scholarship assistance recipient has contributed to the cost of their Pavilion membership, therefore, applicants may be asked to pay a portion of membership dues/program fees and may be asked to volunteer at the Pavilion.
  • Scholarship applicants must reapply every three months, during which time financial and medical need will be reassessed.
  • In order to be considered for re-approval, all participants must visit the center at least 6 times each month during scholarship membership. If the applicant is a minor, financial information from the parent or legal guardian will be required.
  • If the scholarship request is approved, all participants are required to complete a wellness consultation with a trained Pavilion team member.
