Further, mind/body classes are often gentler on the joints.

MIND BODY - Pilates, Tai Chi & Yoga
Basic Pilates Reformer (all levels)A complete Pilates workout for beginner students and for people with health/mobility concerns.
Pilates Reformer (2,3) Exercises on the reformer machine promote length, strength. flexibility and balance. *Prior introductorysessions required
Reformer Trapeze (all levels) Reformer using towerandtrapeze. *PriorReformerexperience required.
Stretching with Pilates (all levels) Half hour class designed to prepare you for cardio or other workout by utilizing Fundamental Pilates exercises for flexibility, balance and strength.
Tai Chi (all levels)Easy to learn basic moves to improve balance and reduce the risk of falling.
Chair Yoga (all levels)Gentle yoga done mostlyfrom a seated position. Benefits of traditional yoga including improved musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility. and a sense of well-being.
EasyYoga & Meditation(all levels)Gentle yoga for strength and range of motion. Rejuvenating meditation at the end of class.
Gentle Hatha (all levels) Slow and relaxedmovements.
Hatha (2,3) Yoga postures and breathing. Posesflow from standing to seated and combine breath work to enhance the mind-body connection.
Hatha/Yin (all levels) Poses are held longer tobenefit tight muscles. Seated poses & breath work combine to increase the mind body-connection.
Yin Yoga(2,3) Targets your deep connective tissues by holding poses for longer periods of time. Slow and meditative, giving you space to turn inward while teaching you how to breathe through tension and sit with your thoughts.
Yoga Flow Stretch (1,2) Gentle yoga posescombined with stretching.
Yogalates (all levels) A complete and comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates. A mat-based class designed to increase flexibility, strength, and control of core muscles. Develop general tone and fitness in the body while also creating a sense of inner calm, and overall well-being.
