Connecting the mind and body can offer powerful therapeutic benefits. The TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion offers a wide array of fitness classes tailored to stimulate the body while helping participants develop and strengthen peace of mind. Further, mind/body classes are often gentler on the joints.
