One of our physicians is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To reach the physician on-call for an urgent issue, call (513) 977-6700. In the event of a heart attack or stroke, please call 911.
When calling the office, please provide as much information as possible to aid us in responding quickly and effectively. You can expect your physician’s medical assistant to return routine phone calls within 24 hours.
We make every effort to return urgent calls within two to three hours. During office hours our priority, except in emergencies, is the uninterrupted
care of patients being seen for scheduled appointments.
MyChart is a secure Web-based system that allows you to request an appointment, receive test results, renew prescriptions, send a message to your doctor, view your health summary, and find reliable health information. All you need is a computer with access to the Internet, an email address and an activation code that will be provided by one of our staff. MyChart is a secure website and all information remains confidential. Our staff will get you started while you’re in the office.
