Medical Exercise Services/Therapeutic Exercise

Karen SimsKaren Sims

I am the Pavilion's lead certified athletic trainer directing the Medical Exercise Services Department.  We specialize in working with individuals with special needs due to chronic conditions, orthopedic problems, and recovery issues that may require special knowledge and specialized exercise programs.  My past experiences includes working with Elder High School athletes, Mt. St. Joseph College, and Wellington Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Tracy LittelmannTracy Littelmann

As a Pavilion athletic trainer, I work in our Post Rehabilitation and Exercise is Medicine programs, including our three-month Post Rehab Program, two-month Aquatic-only Rehab Program, and Fitness for Surgery. In addition, I provide exercise programming for TriHealth's Bariatric Program at Good Samaritan Hospital. I enjoy helping people achieve a better quality of life through utilizing exercise for disease management or for those recovering from recent surgery or injury who have completed physical therapy or cardiac rehab.

We are physicians, hospitals and communities working together to help you live better.
