Medically Integrated Exercise

Our customized Medically Integrated Exercise programs are designed for individuals who are living with chronic disease, managing medical conditions, have recently completed therapy, who may need strengthening prior to surgery or special condition requiring additional support. Physician referrals are accepted, however they are not required for all programs. Each program includes membership access to the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion.

All our programs are facilitated by our team of Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC), Dietitians (RD), and Medical Exercise Specialists (ACSM-EIM). We are the only program in the region to offer a full-service medical exercise experience, facilitated by licensed and credentialed team members.
