Group Swim Lessons for Children & Adults: Fall 2023

Session 1: September 11-October 21, 2023
No classes: October 22-29, 2023

Session 2: October 30-December 16, 2023
No classes: November 19-26, 2023

Preschool: 5-5:30 p.m. (Warm Water Pool)
School Age: 5:35-6:20 p.m. (Lap Pool)
Aquababies: 6:30-7 p.m. (Warm Water Pool)
Adults: 7-7:45 p.m. (Warm Water Pool)

Aquababies: 9-9:30 a.m. and 9:35 – 10:05 a.m.
Preschool: 10:15-10:45 a.m.
School Age: 11-11:45 a.m. *all Saturday classes are held in Warm Water Pool

Members: $72
Non-Members: $108

Private Swim Lessons

Private Swim lessons are only offered to TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion members; Nonmembers are invited to participate in group swim lessons.

Pavilion Member packages:

Private: 5-lessons ($140) 10-lessons ($270) 20-lessons ($525)

Semi-Private: per person 5-lessons ($92.5), 10-lessons ($180), 20-lessons ($350)

*Note: for semi-private lessons each participant must purchase a package*
Private swim lessons are for TriHealth Fitness Pavilion fitness center members. 

Class Descriptions


Parent/child class working on water acclimation, safety, blowing bubbles, floating. Held in warm water pool for up to 9 children. 30-minutes.
Ages: 6 months up to 3 years.

Preschool Lessons

The goal of these classes is for children to learn safety around the water, blowing bubbles, submerging under water, body buoyancy on front and back, gliding, kicking, bobbing, swim on front and back, treading, opening eyes under water without goggles.
Ages: 3 years to 5 years.

Learn to Swim School Age

The of these classes is for children to learn safety around the water, basic aquatic skills, progressing through 6 swimming strokes, treading, survival float, headfirst entries and increased endurance.
Ages: 6 years to 10 years.

Adult Lessons 

This class is geared for individuals who are just learning to swim or looking to increase the number of strokes he/she can swim. We will also cover survival floats, treading water and increasing swimming endurance.
Ages: 16 years and older.
