Online Services

TriHealth's degreed and certified personal trainers design and implement individualized exercise programs to achieve the results you want! Personal fitness training may be scheduled individually or in shared sessions with friends. All of our trainers have earned bachelor's or master's degrees and have obtained a nationally accredited personal training certifications. Meet our team of personal trainers.

TriHealth personal trainers emphasize good communication and work with every fitness level. Fitness trainers can customize workouts for older adults, prenatal and postpartum women, and people with special medical conditions. Along with personal training offered in our fitness center, we offer aquatic personal training and Pilates reformer personal sessions.

Members choose from:

  • Half hour personal training packages, starting at $40 per hour
  • Single hour personal training packages, starting at $60 per hour
  • Shared (two people) personal training packages
  • Small Group Team Training (three to five people) personal training packages
  • Discounts are available when packages of 4, 8, and 12 sessions are purchased
  • New Member Introductory Packages (one time only, within 60 days of joining)

What is Personal Training?

Personal training is a supervised one-on-one session with a trainer who has customized a fitness plan to fit your needs, budget and schedule. A variety of fitness equipment may be utilized, including free weights and dumbbells, strength machines, tubing, exercise balls, cable machines, sports training accessories, flexibility and cardio equipment and more.

Aquatic Personal Training

Aquatic personal training combines the unique advantage of buoyancy and the resistance of the water itself. For individuals with musculoskeletal issues or special conditions, water training may be the best option for continuing an active lifestyle. However, many land-based exercisers have found aquatic training to be challenging, stimulating, and a fresh change for the fitness floor. 

Clinical Personal Training

Current members who have recently completed therapy, cardiac rehab, or have special health concerns can select to do personal training with our athletic trainers or clinical exercise specialists. Care is taken to review your current medical condition and current exercise program to make modifications to your fitness routine.

Private Pilates Reformer & Trapeze

Private and Semi-private Pilates Reformer training sessions are designed to transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs by building strength and creating a sleek toned body. It teaches flexibility and good posture focusing on your "core" (abdominals, back and thigh). The Pilates Reformer training is gentle on the body while giving it a challenging workout. Members receive a generous discount on Pilates Reformer group classes: Only $18 per class. Private Pilates Reformer one-hour sessions range from $58 per hour for one session to $46 per hour when you purchase a package of 20 private sessions. Nonmember rates are available.

Join us for just 30 minutes and get cardio and strength in one class! This small group personal training class will rotate between rowing and core conditioning.

Free Motion Fitness

Tired of the same old strength workout? Engage in a total body workout in a brand new way. Learn how to use the new Free Motion Functional Strength Equipment, strengthen your major muscle groups. Fire your core muscles with every movement for improved stabilization.

Teens In Training - "TNT" for ages 13 and up

Empower your teen to embrace exercise while having fun and learning the fundamentals of fitness.  Teens in Training program consists of 4, thirty-minute sessions designed to introduce your teen to the different aspects of fitness.  Teens will be led by a certified fitness professional through the five components of fitness with brief learning sessions and fun activities.  Small group or individual sessions are formed based on the participant’s availability. We will show your teen how to exercise correctly for the rest of their life.  
This program is open to all teenagers 13 and up. If you are 13 you must attend at least four sessions to qualify as an adult member of the Pavilion and to have access to the center.

TRX Suspension Group Personal Training

The TRX Suspension Trainer allows you to perform hundreds of functional exercises that build strength, flexibility, core stability and endurance. Suspension Training is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise. With the TRX, you can safely perform hundreds of exercises that build power, mobility and prevent injuries at the intensity you choose. Your core is activated with every movement and our instructors will guide you through a challenging and effective full-body workout each class. The TRX harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance as you workout and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or goals.
