Women Doing YogaAt TriHealth, our mission is to improve the health of the people we serve – you. Even when you’re not sick, we want to play a role in your health. It’s a concept we call "wellness" – defined loosely as the active process of becoming aware of your well-being and making choices toward better health.

One of the first steps toward wellness is to make an appointment with a TriHealth primary care physician, even if you feel fine. He or she will evaluate your overall health and make suggestions to get you on the right path to living your best life. TriHealth offers many other ways to improve your wellness, including:

TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion

Located in Montgomery, we are Ohio’s first certified medical fitness facility recognized by the Medical Fitness Association. We offer three pools, a sports arena, running tracks and a full range of exercise equipment along with credentialed health and fitness professionals. Our facility also houses the Pavilion Spa and TriHealth Integrative Health and Medicine which provides acupuncture and other similar treatments.

Corporate Health and Wellness

From on-site nursing to custom programs and our innovative Executive Health Program, TriHealth Corporate Health has helped companies across the region lower costs and improve their workforce health. We're committed to helping employers build a healthy, safe and productive workforce.

Cincinnati Sports Club

TriHealth collaborates with the Cincinnati Sports Club to offer health and wellness programming available to the community. Easily accessible off Red Bank Road in the heart of Cincinnati’s eastside, the Cincinnati Sports Club offers a combined health, fitness and social hub for surrounding neighborhoods. TriHealth Orthopedic & Sports Medicine also provides physical therapy and rehabilitation services on site within the Cincinnati Sports Club.

ThinkFirst Injury Prevention

TriHealth ThinkFirst offers a variety of injury prevention programs, events and informative media features in our community. Collaborating with the educational community, the media, various civic clubs and corporations, ThinkFirst tailors programs to meet the prevention and wellness needs of Greater Cincinnati.
