Malia Harper MD, Medical Director
As medical director, Malia Skye Harper, MD, provides clinical oversight for TriHealth Executive Health and Workplace Wellbeing. Prior to joining TriHealth Corporate Health in 2019, she served as Associate Medical Director of TriHealth Internal Medicine and practiced with Group Health – Mason, one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in the region.
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Harper graduated from the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and completed her residency with the University of Cincinnati Department of Internal Medicine, where she served as chief medical resident. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Through both her leadership as Associate Medical Director and her internal medicine practice, Dr. Harper has helped to move TriHealth forward toward its goal of achieving the Triple Aim of Better Care, Better Health and Lower Cost. She values the relationships that she has with her patients and emphasizes a whole-person, concierge approach to care, which translates into higher quality outcomes and improved wellbeing.
Maria Millikin RN, Program Coordinator
As program coordinator, Maria Millikin, RN, serves as our clients’ clinical guide and concierge for the Executive Health program. Maria personally works with each executive to arrange and facilitate their personal one-day health experience, which includes scheduling of associated medical tests and coordination of consultations with nutritionists, fitness experts, lifestyle coaches and other health professionals.
Inspired to become a nurse by her desire to care compassionately for others, Maria earned her degree from the Cincinnati State Bethesda School of Nursing, where she was honored with the “Spirit of Nursing Award.” Prior to joining the Executive Health Program, she worked with Queen City Physicians, one of Cincinnati’s leading primary care group practices, and later with the primary care division of the GE Family Wellness Center, managed by TriHealth.
