TriHealth EAP Services offers a comprehensive array of training to satisfy the requirements of the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation’s Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program and the Department of Transportation’s training requirements, including:
Employee Training
Training session (length: 1 hour) for employees on drug awareness
Supervisor Training
Training session (length: 2 hours) for the first year
Refresher course (length: 1 hour) on how to conduct the reasonable suspicion process
Train the Trainer Training
Training session (length: 3 hours) to qualify as a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program employee trainer
Training session (length: 4 hours) to qualify as a Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program supervisor trainer.
This qualifies the attendee to train employees and/or supervisors at their company only.
Department of Transportation Supervisor Training
Training session (length: 2 hours) on the Department of Transportation requirements and on the signs and symptoms of workplace impairment from drugs or alcohol
TriHealth EAP's Trainings:
Can be conducted on site, by webinar, or by recordings.
Only available onsite in the Greater Cincinnati Area – mileage will be added to the cost
