Application Process

TriHealth’s Anesthesiology Residency Program participates in the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). After meeting the application requirements listed below, application materials are reviewed by faculty members in with interviews scheduled thereafter. Interviews are typically held from October through January.

Interested in joining our inaugural class? Applications for the first cohort open in September 2026 through ERAS, with residency training beginning July 2027. Check back soon for application details and next steps.

Application Requirements

• USMLE Step I and II results, or COMLEX I and II results
• Three letters of recommendation
• Dean’s letter (per student’s academic standing)
• Completed ERAS application
• Curriculum Vitae

Foreign Medical Graduates - Additional Requirements

• Only J1 Visas are considered
• Minimum of 3 months of US clinical experience (not observerships)
• Graduation from medical school within the last year only
