About the Program

The mission of School to Work is to create an outstanding program that inspires students and provides hope for their future. This program will create the foundation for students to explore careers in healthcare, build job skills, and contribute to their community and family.

TriHealth is continuing to grow and seize the opportunity to have a diverse workforce, to which this program allows. As students begin their work in their junior year of high school, they have the ability to rotate into various jobs quarterly.

Annual H.E.F.T.

The School to Work program allows students to not only gain real-life experience, but travel and visit another healthcare organization that excels in today’s healthcare! The annual Healthcare Exploration Field Trip partners with highly reliable organizations such as: Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, New York Presbyterian, and Johns Hopkins to make this opportunity possible. The students gain additional hands-on healthcare experience, tour medical facilities, and participate in panel discussion with medical professionals. They are able to see other hospitals and venture out of their city. This experience allows the students to grow professionally and personally.

We are physicians, hospitals and communities working together to help you live better.
